Returns & Refunds

JNUNU accepts eligible returns requested within 14 days after delivery, unless a longer period is required by the law that applies to your purchase.

Items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable. Certain hygiene-sensitive items may be excluded from change-of-mind returns after opening or use, subject to local consumer law.

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or materially different item, contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.

Depending on the product value, destination, and issue, JNUNU may arrange a return, replacement, partial refund, or refund without requiring the item to be shipped back.

Your statutory consumer rights are not limited by this policy.
